Today’s main focus was learning more about YouTube SEO for Amazon product videos and how better research can improve the whole creation process.
Yesterday was my birthday, and it was genuinely nice to step away from work for a few hours.
I did not plan anything major. I went out, enjoyed some good food, and gave myself permission to have a quieter day.
That short break seems to have helped because I woke up today with plenty of energy and a strong desire to continue building.
There was not much happening on the training front today. I completed a short 35-minute session, which was enough to get moving without taking too much time away from the work I had planned.
The real highlight of the day was my coaching session about creating Amazon product videos for YouTube.
In this article, I am sharing the broader picture of what I am learning about YouTube, Amazon product research, and AI video creation.

What I Learned About YouTube SEO for Amazon Product Videos
Today’s session was not simply about choosing a random Amazon product, creating a video, and hoping somebody finds it.
The real lesson was that research needs to happen before the video is made.
That includes finding:
- suitable video titles
- a focused product niche
- topics with signs of buyer interest
- useful images for the video
- keywords people may already be searching for
- opportunities where the competition may be manageable
The videos will be created with help from AI, so I also need to learn how to choose suitable images and organise the information in a way that makes the final video useful.
AI may make parts of the production process faster, but it does not remove the need for good judgment.
The title still needs to match what people are looking for.
The product still needs to fit the audience.
The information still needs to be clear.
And the video still needs to give the viewer a reason to keep watching.
That was probably the biggest breakthrough from today’s coaching session.
Creating the video is only one part of the process. Choosing the right topic before creating it may be just as important.
Finding the Right Niche Without Guessing
One of the next steps is to explore different Amazon product niches.
The aim is to find topics that may have commercial potential without entering an area where the competition is already extremely strong.
That does not mean there is a perfect niche waiting to guarantee results.
Instead of choosing a niche only because it sounds interesting, I can look at what people are searching for, how other videos are performing, and whether there appears to be room for a newer channel.
I am still at the learning stage, so I am not rushing to publish dozens of videos.
First, I want to understand the process properly.
Then I can test a small number of ideas, review what happens, and improve from there.
Using What I Learn in My Email Follow-Up
Another reason this work matters is that I can eventually share what I learn with my email subscribers.
My email list is still at six people.
That number has not changed since my last update, and I have not earned any additional affiliate commissions since the previous result.
My total affiliate earnings remain a little over $180.
I am completely comfortable with that.
I do not expect the list or commissions to increase every day.
The goal is to keep adding useful pieces to the system.
Blog content can bring people to the website.
YouTube videos may eventually create another source of traffic.
The email list allows me to stay connected with people after the first visit.
Continuing After a Quiet Birthday
Yesterday’s update was about taking a moment to reflect on my birthday, my six subscribers, and the early affiliate commissions I have earned.

Today feels different.
It is less about looking back and more about developing a new skill.
There is still a great deal to learn about YouTube research, Amazon product videos, AI video creation, and SEO.
But I now have a clearer idea of what I need to work on next.
That clarity matters.
When you are building an online business, it is easy to feel that you need to do everything at once.
Start a blog.
Build an email list.
Post on social media.
Create videos.
Learn SEO.
Promote products.
The better approach may be to choose the next useful step, learn it properly, and connect it to what you are already building.
That is what I am trying to do now.
